Some info about the site:
Domain is hosted with FailDaddy, up for renewal in January next year
Site content is about 3 gigs (Porno Megachan is about 112 megs)
Databases are about 10 megs
Megachan gets ~10k visits a month. Dunno about PMC as I never bothered getting the tracking working.
Combined traffic usage is ~40-60 gigs a month at last count, I lost the traffic graphs when the host migrated the site to a new server

Site is currently hosted on a VPS, however it should run fine on shared hosting - hell larger chan sites do. I'm currently paying about $10 a month for this VPS but if you want to move it elsewhere I'll gladly help, eg FTPing the files or whatever via commandline. Don't bother with a VPS unless you know how to work with Linux :p

I seriously hope you get some takers. I completely understand though, while I've got infinite computing resources at my disposal, the management time is the real drain. Good luck in your other endevours!

Shit, man. It would be a shame to lose megachan. It's more of an awesome cyberpunk archive than a chan for me.

I would run the main Megachan, although not PMC due to very strict porn laws in my area. I'd have to shift it to a public free server or a friend's free server as I'm very short on money recently and my own ISP bans servers. iwakura@gmx.com.

Also, you don't need to run a server/VPS. You can get by with shared hosting quite easily
